Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders over $65. Rates for orders under $65 vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at sorelsrsclub@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
International Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
